Seraphim Space Investment Trust invests in early and growth stage Space Tech companies that have the potential to dominate globally and that are sector leaders with first mover advantages in areas such as climate, communications, mobility and cyber security.

The Company listed on the Premium Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 14 July 2021, following an oversubscribed IPO raising £178.4 million. It currently has exposure to 17 Space Tech companies and has agreed to acquire investments in a further two companies by 31 December 2021.

Seraphim Space Investment Trust is managed by Seraphim Space (Manager) LLP.


  • Will Whitehorn (Non-Exec Chair): ex Director Virgin Group and President of Virgin Galactic until 2010. President of UKSpace, the trade body that represents the space industry in the UK.
  • Mark Boggett (CEO):Venture capitalist with a focus on disruptive technology and new industry formation. Co-founded the Seraphim Space Fund. Ex director at YFM Equity Partners.
  • Rob Desborough (Partner in Seraphim Space Fund): Partner in the Seraphim Space Fund and CEO of Seraphim Space Camp, now one of the world’s leading accelerator programmes for Space Tech start-ups, which he launched in 2018.
  • James Bruegger (CIO): Co-founder and CIO of Seraphim. Primary responsibility for building Seraphim Space Fund’s portfolio.
  • NED’s: Sue Inglis, Christina McComb, Angela Lane
