eEnergy: Maiden profits, year end results

eEnergy the Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service business serving schools and corporate clients in the UK and Ireland has announced a 200% increase in revenues in year end results announced today. This results in the group’s maiden profit since listing at the beginning of 2020. Post the period end, the group pursued its acquisitive strategy with the acquisition of UtilityTeam, its largest deal to date, partly funded via a  £12 million placing to both existing and new institutional investors.

Harvey Sinclair, CEO, added: “As a result of the successful execution of our strategy, we now have the necessary expertise to help businesses to procure Zero carbon energy, measure their usage and wastage and then deliver the energy reduction measures to enable customers to realise their net zero strategies.”
