Patria Private Equity: Monthly NAV Nudges Upwards

29th April 2025 | Patria Private Equity Trust

Patria Private Equity Trust plc has announced a small month on month NAV.

As of 31 March 2025, the estimated net asset value (NAV) of PPET stood at 786.1 pence per share, equivalent to estimated net assets of £1,186.7 million. This represents a 0.8% increase from the previous estimate at 28 February 2025, when the NAV was 780.1 pence per share (£1,179.9 million in estimated net assets).

The 6 pence per share rise in NAV during March was primarily driven by a 1.3% appreciation in the euro relative to sterling, alongside a 0.6% constant currency uplift in the valuation of investments that had been revalued as of 31 December 2024. These positive movements were partially offset by a 2.5% depreciation in the US dollar over the same period.

Over the course of February and March, the portfolio underwent a revaluation based on the 31 December 2024 valuations. As a result, the portfolio achieved a 1.4% constant currency uplift for the quarter.
