HVPE shareholders are being encouraged to vote ahead of the company’s first-ever continuation vote at the Annual General Meeting on 15 July 2026.
The continuation vote gives shareholders the opportunity to decide whether HVPE should continue in its current form. The Board has recommended that shareholders vote in favour of continuation.
Shareholders can vote online, by post or through their investment platform. Full voting instructions are available in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying shareholder documents.
As this is the first continuation vote in HVPE’s history, shareholder participation is particularly important. Investors are encouraged to submit their votes ahead of the deadline to ensure their views are represented.
