Foresight Environmental Infrastructure Ltd (LON: FGEN) reported a largely stable NAVor the final quarter of 2025, as resilient cash generation and income delivery helped offset modest valuation headwinds. NAV stood at £651.7mn, or 104.6p per share at 31 December, broadly unchanged on the previous quarter, with a 1.8 per cent NAV total return supported by the quarterly dividend. The company declared a 1.99p payout, in line with its full-year target, underlining the dependability of its income-focused model.
Performance was shaped by a mix of external and operational factors: weaker power price assumptions and regulatory adjustments weighed slightly on valuations, while contributions from battery storage forecasts and inflation provided partial offsets. Cashflows remained robust, leaving the group on track to meet dividend cover targets, and gearing was kept at a conservative level of just over 30 per cent. With several growth assets progressing through ramp-up phases, the trust continues to position itself for incremental value creation, even as near-term NAV growth remains subdued.
