Cerillion reported another year of record financial performance, with all key metrics pointing to continued momentum in its telecoms software business. Adjusted EBITDA margin climbed to a new high of 50.9%, while new orders rose 25%to £47.6m. The back-order book expanded 21% to £56.9m, including £47.4m of contracted sales still to be recognised, roughly a third of which is expected to convert within the next 12 months. The new-customer pipeline also nudged higher, reaching £275m.
The balance sheet remains robust, with net cash up 15% to £34.4m. Shareholders will receive a final dividend of 10.6p, taking the full-year payout to 15.4p, an increase of 17%.
Operationally, the group secured a record haul of major contracts, including £25.3m of agreements with an existing European client and an $11.4m deal with Ucom in Armenia. Two large implementations, namely at Virgin Media Ireland and Paratus in southern Africa, were completed during the period. Cerillion also stepped up investment in R&D, particularly in AI-enhanced product development, and expanded headcount across its global delivery and sales functions.
Chief executive Louis Hall said the strong order intake underpinned confidence for FY26, citing a record back-order position and a healthy pipeline of prospective deals. He added that the company’s financial strength leaves it well placed to pursue further growth.
