HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited (“HVPE” or the “Company”), a FTSE 250 investment company with global exposure to private companies, managed by HarbourVest Partners, today announces its estimated Net Asset Value (“NAV”) at 30 April 2024.

• Estimated NAV per share $50.47 (£40.40); decrease of 0.4% in US dollar terms over the previous month
• A net $50 million invested in April 2024
• 33 M&A transactions and IPOs, compared to last 12-month average total of 25
