BSF Enterprise (LSE: BSFA) has today announced the completion of the reverse takeover of  3D Bio-Tissues Limited, a tissue engineering business based in Newcastle.  Admission of the enlarged group to the standard segment of the Official List commenced this morning.

3D Bio-Tissues Limited is already producing human corneas that could help restore vision to millions of people and is also focused on producing the UK’s first 100% lab-grown meat in the next 12 months. The cultured meat sector is forecast to have a CAGR rate of over 400% from 2021-2030 and an estimated market size of almost $13bn by 2030.
