Response to press speculation
The Board of Ocean notes the recent press speculation concerning the possibility of an offer for the Group by Atairos.
In connection with Ocean’s strategic review announced on 15 November 2021, the Board confirms it is in discussions with Atairos regarding a possible offer for the Group. There can be no certainty that it will lead to an offer being made.
A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
In the interview below, CEO Tim Bleakley outlines the Group’s business and how the Group used the lockdown period to promote small businesses and other worthy causes.
