eEnergy Group plc the “Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service” business has today announced the acquisition of UtilityTeam TopC Limited for up to £21 million, on a cash-free and debt-free basis. The firm has also today completed a £12m fundraise via a placing at a price of 15p per share.

UtilityTeam is a top 20 energy consulting and procurement business whose services aim to reduce costs for clients whilst supporting their transition to Net Zero.
