Emmerson  has updated the market on its development plans for its wholly owned Khemisset potash development asset in Morocco. The development plan has significantly reduced the up-front capex to US$254.6m, with future expansion of the project to be funded from cashflows. estimated NPV would be US$2.37bn with estimated EBITDA in first full year of phase 4 production of US$491.4m
