AIM-listed Altus Strategies Plc has updated the market with two pieces of positive news today. The Tabakorole gold project in southern Mali uncovered excellent gold recoveries from initial metallurgical testwork. Exploration activities at Tabakorole are being funded by Marvel Gold Limited (ASX: MVL)  under its joint venture with Altus. Meanwhile at the Lakanfla Gold Project in Western Mali a drilling programme and seismic surveys at the Lakanfla project in western Mali have successfully proven the existence of a karst style system.
