Venture Life Group: UltraDEX Update

Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer self-care group focused on developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the ageing population, announces it has reached an agreement for its first launch of the UltraDEX brand into the convenience store channel.

Following a successful trial at one of their sites, the UK’s leading provider of motorway service stations, Moto Hospitality Ltd., will launch UltraDEX mouth spray 9ml into WH Smith stores across its 61 service station outlets, effective from 16 November 2017. The convenience store channel has not yet been exploited by UltraDEX and offers a significant opportunity to access new customers. Distribution will be managed by Albert Harrison & Co. Ltd., which specialises in delivered wholesale of health & beauty, confectionary and stationery products. This agreement paves the way for future development of this important retail channel.

Following new long term partnering agreements announced previously this year, preparations for the new territories are on track in France, Italy and the Nordics, where UltraDEX is expected to be launched in Q1 2018.

Data from recent marketing activities has shown UltraDEX continues to perform well against its competitors in the UK, and the brand now has its highest ever level of listings countrywide.
